Bye

This morning Nikki caught the bus back to Brooklyn. It’s always bittersweet to see them leave. Shelli is out of town for work so getting the girls moving and out the door ON TIME was a challenge. It was an action-packed 10 days to say the least.

I knew when I signed up for the program this year that Shelli would have to work and travel. I made it through alive but I’m beyond exhausted. Overall, I think the girls had a great time. Having two 8 year olds in the house with lots of energy kept me on my toes. I’m looking forward to some one-on-one time with Zoe. Shelli won’t be home for a couple days so Zoe and I have some reconnecting to do… Starting NOW!
