Special Olympics Dance @ Mommy's school

Every year my school has a dance to celebrate our Special Olympians.  In years past, I wasn't able to attend however this year I not only was able to attend BUT I was able to take Zoe and Jaylyn along with me. We got there before the dance to help set up and then we danced the night away. I was so proud of both of the girls for dancing and interacting with the students. I never seem to get enough time with the special needs kids that attend our school so I was honored to be there.

Attention to all Athletes Helping Athletes Club Members: We are hosting a Special Olympics Dance at C.B. West on Friday, May 20th at from 7:00-9:30 in the cafeteria. This is an annual dance we hold to celebrate the athletes' accomplishments before they go off to Penn State to compete in the state Special Olympics. It would mean a lot to the athletes if you were able to attend and show them your support. Come dance and have a good time with your fellow athletes....

AND WE DID!!!

Color Run

After the BIG 3K run last weekend, the kids ended the season with a fun color run. The kids were covered head to toe in paint but had the time of their lives!

irun4life - 48 degree weather in MAY!

Zoe ran the annual irun4life 3K today. She did AMAZING and we couldn't be more proud of her!

THIS YEAR'S STATS: 5th grade- 17 min. 8 sec. 

3rd grade- 22min. 53 sec.

2nd grade -23min. 8 sec.

 Congrats Zoe!!!!!
