1st Dentist Appointment

Zoe went for her 1st Dentist appointment today and she did very well considering it was her first time. The Doctor was very slow and took his time explaining everything to her before he did it. The dental office was super nice, each chair had it’s own TV and the kids get to pick which movie they want to watch. Zoe got to watch “Finding Nemo”.

Zoe got a little freaked out when the Doctor put the ‘bib’ on her, and didn’t want any part of it. Other than that, she did well. He checked, brushed, and flossed her teeth and of course gave her a bubble gum fluoride treatment. He told her next time she came, she could pick any flavor she wanted. They have about a million kinds of fluorides to choose from.

All in all, everything went well. No cavities, a perfect (the Dentist’s words, ‘perfect’) bite. For being such a good girl, the Dentist told her she could pick TWO toys from the treasure chest!
